How to report inappropriate rider behavior
If you witness someone using SCOOTY unsafely or inappropriately, please let us know. Community safety is a priority.

What to Report:
• Riders without helmets who appear to be under 18
• Multiple people riding on one vehicle
• Riding in prohibited areas
• Reckless or dangerous riding behavior
• Vandalism or theft of vehicles
• Harassment of pedestrians or other road users
• Riding under the influence
How to Report
Submit a support ticket with as much information as possible:
1. Date and Time: When did you observe the behavior?
2. Location: Where did it occur? (address, intersection, or landmark)
3. Description: What did you observe? Be specific about the behavior / incident.
4. Vehicle Number: If you could see the RS or RB number on the vehicle, include it
5. Rider Description: General description if the vehicle number wasn't visible
What SCOOTY Does
We take all reports seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the behavior, we may:
• Review ride data associated with the report
• Issue warnings to the rider's account
• Suspend accounts for serious violations
• Permanently ban repeat offenders
• Cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate
Your Report is Confidential
We do not share reporter information with the rider. Your report helps us keep the SCOOTY community safe without putting you in an uncomfortable position.
