When to Report a Vehicle:
• Vehicle is parked outside a Designated Parking Zone
• Vehicle appears damaged or unsafe
• Vehicle is blocking a pathway, doorway, or accessibility ramp
• Vehicle has been left on private property
• Vehicle is in an unusual location (ditch, bushes, etc.)
• Vehicle appears to have been vandalized
 
How to Report
 
Submit a support ticket with the following information:
1. Location: Provide the address, intersection, or specific description of where the vehicle is located
2. Vehicle Number: The RS or RB number printed on the scooter/bike 
3. Issue Description: Briefly describe what's wrong (e.g., "blocking sidewalk," "appears damaged," "left in bushes")
4. Photo (if possible): A picture helps our team locate and assess the situation quickly

What Happens Next:
Our operations team monitors reports and dispatches field staff to:
• Relocate improperly parked vehicles
• Pick up damaged vehicles for repair
• Clear obstructions from public spaces
