How to Redeem a Promo Code:
1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. Tap the menu icon to open the sidebar
3. Select Promotions
4. Look for Available Promos if they’re public or tap “Add New Promo” if it’s a private promotion code you have.
5. Type in your promo code exactly as provided & tap “Apply”.
Once applied, your promotion will be active and ready to use on your next ride.
Where to Find Your Active Promotions:
Any promotions you've redeemed will appear in the My Promos section within the Promotions tab. If your promo included free wallet credits, you'll see those in your Transaction History under the Payments tab.

Promo Tips:
• Make sure to enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are usually case-sensitive)
• Some promos have expiration dates, so check the terms before redeeming
• Promotional credits are typically applied before your wallet balance when you ride
