How to use SCOOTY My Wallet
Your SCOOTY Wallet is a convenient way to prepay for rides. Instead of being charged after each ride, you can load credits in advance and have them deducted automatically.

Setting Up Your Wallet:
1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Go to My Wallet
4. Select Add Balance
5. Choose an amount ($5, $10, $15, or enter a custom amount) & confirm your payment
Using Your Wallet:
Once you have credits in your wallet, they'll be used automatically when you start a ride. You'll see your current balance in the My Wallet section of the app.

Important Things to Know:
• A minimum balance of $10 is required to use wallet payments for rides
• If your ride costs more than your wallet balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your linked payment method
• Wallet credits never expire and carry over between riding seasons
• Wallet credits are non-refundable, so only add what you plan to use
If you prefer not to maintain a wallet balance, you can simply pay by card for each ride instead.
