Why am I being charged in increments of $5, $10 or $15
When you add funds to your SCOOTY Wallet, you'll notice the top-up options come in set increments. This is by design to make adding credits quick and convenient.

You can add credits to your wallet in the following amounts:
• $5
• $10
• $15
• Custom amount (enter any amount you prefer)
These are wallet top-ups, not ride charges. Your actual ride costs are based on the unlock fee plus per-minute rate, and are deducted from your wallet balance or charged to your card.

Note: A minimum wallet balance of $10 is required if you want to pay for rides using your wallet. You can also choose to pay directly by card, which doesn't require maintaining a wallet balance.
1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Go to My Wallet
4. Select Add Balance
5. Choose an amount ($5, $10, $15, or enter a custom amount) & confirm your payment
Note: A minimum wallet balance of $10 is required if you want to pay for rides using your wallet. You can also choose to pay directly by card, which doesn't require maintaining a wallet balance.
