SCOOTY operates 24/7 in all service cities during the operating season (typically early spring through late fall) due to weather conditions. Always check the SCOOTY app for current availability.
Service may be temporarily paused during severe weather (such as heavy rain or storms) for safety reasons. If you believe service may be affected, please check the SCOOTY app to confirm availability in your area.

Cities Where SCOOTY Operates
SCOOTY is currently available in:

• Brampton – E-Scooters available throughout the city
  
• Barrie Waterfront – E-Bikes available along the waterfront trails
  
• Downtown Markham – E-Scooters and E-Bikes in the downtown area
  
• Burlington – E-Scooters available along the Centennial Trail
  
  

What If No Vehicles Are Available?
If you don’t see any vehicles on the map, it may be because:

• You’re outside the service area
  
• Service is temporarily suspended due to unsafe riding conditions
  
• It’s outside the operating season in your city
  
  

Try zooming out on the map or checking nearby Designated Parking Zones.
