SCOOTY is currently operating in Canada, in the following cities in Ontario: Brampton, Burlington, Barrie and Markham. Service availability depends on your city and the operating season. Service is generally available 24 hours a day during the season, but may be temporarily suspended due to inclement weather.

Operating Hours
SCOOTY operates 24/7 in all service cities during the operating season (typically early spring through late fall) due to weather conditions. Always check the SCOOTY app for current availability.
Service may be temporarily paused during severe weather (such as heavy rain or storms) for safety reasons. If you believe service may be affected, please check the SCOOTY app to confirm availability in your area.

SCOOTY is currently available in:

• Brampton, Ontario, Canada – E-Scooters available throughout the city
  
• Barrie (Waterfront), Ontario, Canada – E-Bikes available along the waterfront trails
  
• Markham (Downtown), Ontario, Canada – E-Scooters and E-Bikes in the downtown area
  
• Burlington, Ontario, Canada – E-Scooters available along the Centennial Trail
  
  

What If No Vehicles Are Available?
If you don’t see any vehicles on the map, it may be because:

• You’re outside the service area
  
• Service is temporarily suspended due to unsafe riding conditions
  
• It’s outside the operating season in your city
  
  

Try zooming out on the map or checking nearby Designated Parking Zones.
