While Riding:
1. Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times
2. Don't hold your phone while riding. Use our built-in phone holder and charger to navigate and check the map safely
3. Follow traffic laws and signals
4. Ride at a safe speed, especially in unfamiliar areas
5. Slow down in yellow zones (parks, trails, pedestrian areas)
6. Use turn signals when turning (E-Scooters have them!)
7. Be courteous - yield to pedestrians and alert them when passing
Riding Safely:
• Keep a safe following distance from vehicles and other riders
• Watch for opening car doors when riding near parked cars
• Be extra careful at intersections and crossings
• Avoid riding in heavy rain or poor visibility
• Stay aware of your surroundings
When You're Done:
1. Park at a Designated Parking Zone (blue "P" on the map)
2. Make sure the vehicle is stable on its kickstand
3. Don't block pathways, doorways, or accessibility ramps
4. Take a clear photo when ending your ride
5. Complete the end ride process in the app
Remember: Only one person per vehicle, and each rider must be at least 16 years old.
