Where to find vehicles

Finding an available SCOOTY vehicle is easy using the app. Here's how to locate one near you.

SCOOTY

Last Update منذ شهرين

Using the App Map:
1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. The map shows your current location and all available vehicles nearby
3. Vehicle icons show E-Scooters and E-Bikes in your area

Understanding Battery Indicators:
Each vehicle icon has a colored ring showing its battery level:

• Green ring: Full battery - great for longer rides
• Yellow ring: Medium battery - good for shorter trips
• Red ring: Low battery - may only be suitable for very short distances

Designated Parking Zones:
Look for the blue "P" markers on the map. These are Designated Parking Zones where you'll often find vehicles and where you should end your ride.

If You Can't Find Vehicles in the App:
• Try zooming out on the map to see a wider area
• Walk toward a Designated Parking Zone - vehicles are often there
• Check if SCOOTY is currently operating in your city (seasonal availability varies)
• Make sure your app is updated to the latest version

If You See a vehicle in front of you but can't find it in the App:

• It may be unavailable because it has been reserved

• It may be unavailable due to a low battery

• It may be unavailable because it has been flagged for rebalancing, collection or maintenance

Cities Where SCOOTY is Available:
• Brampton
• Barrie Waterfront
• Downtown Markham
• Burlington

If you're in one of these areas and don't see vehicles, the service may be temporarily paused or between seasons.
