Parking Guidelines:
• Always park at Designated Parking Zones to avoid parking fees
• Park on hard, flat surfaces (pavement, concrete)
• Never park in the middle of sidewalks or pathways
• Don't block doorways, driveways, or wheelchair ramps
• Don't park on grass, dirt, or uneven surfaces where the vehicle might fall
• Never park at private residences
What If There's No Parking Zone Nearby?
If you can't find a Designated Parking Zone, look for a safe spot that's out of the way of pedestrians and traffic. Be aware that parking outside designated zones may result in a parking fee.
Important: Make sure to fully complete the end ride process in the app. If you just walk away without ending in the app, the ride will continue running and you'll keep being charged.
