Check the LED Light Color:
The light on the vehicle tells you its status:
• Blue light: The ride is active - you're ready to go
• Green light: The vehicle is still locked - you need to start the ride in the app
• Red light (flashing): You're in a restricted zone - walk the vehicle out of the zone
If the Light is Blue But It Won't Move:
SCOOTY e-Scooters require a push-start. Here's the correct technique:
1. Release the kickstand so it is fully folded up
2. Stand on the scooter with one foot on the deck and one foot on the ground for balance
3. Push off the ground with one foot to gain momentum
4. While rolling, gently press down on the throttle
5. The motor will engage and accelerate the scooter
Note: The scooter will not move from a standstill using the throttle alone. You must give it a small push to get started.
For E-Bikes:
