Can't find the vehicle that shows on your map? Here's how to track it down.

Why Vehicles May Be Hard to Find:
1. GPS Inaccuracy: Vehicle locations can be off by a few meters
2. Obstructed View: The vehicle might be behind a building or in a bike rack
3. Recently Moved: The map updates periodically, so the vehicle may have moved slightly

Tips for Finding Vehicles:
1. Walk to the general area shown on the map
2. Look around - check near bike racks, building entrances, and parking areas
3. The vehicle might be on the other side of a building or fence
4. Look for the SCOOTY branding and lights

Vehicle Not Where the Map Shows:
If you've searched the area and can't find the vehicle:
1. The vehicle may have been moved by another rider or our operations team
2. It could have a low battery and be hidden from view while waiting for service
3. Refresh the app to see if the map updates
Using the Vehicle Alarm (if available):
On some vehicles, you can trigger an alarm from the app to help locate it - look for a "Find My Scooter" or similar option when you tap on the vehicle.
If you've searched the area and can't find the vehicle:
