SCOOTY vehicles are designed for riding within the designated service areas only. Check your not transporting. Please follow these guidelines to avoid damage, fines, penalty charges, or service disruptions.

Can I Put a SCOOTY in My Car?
No. SCOOTY vehicles are shared-use vehicles meant to be picked up and dropped off at public locations.
  • Do not place SCOOTY vehicles in cars, trucks, or other personal vehicles
  • Transporting a SCOOTY may damage the vehicle and could result in charges to your account
  • Always start and end your ride within the designated service area as seen in the app

Using SCOOTY with Public TransitSCOOTY vehicles should not be taken onto buses, trains, or other forms of public transit.
  • Vehicles are large and may obstruct other passengers
  • SCOOTY vehicles are designed for outdoor use on streets and paths
  • Many transit authorities do not allow e-scooters or e-bikes onboard

Combining SCOOTY with Public Transit
If you plan to use SCOOTY alongside public transit:
  1. Ride your SCOOTY to a Designated Parking Zone near your transit stop
