Can I unlock an additional vehicle for a friend?

How Group Ride Works

1. Start your own ride by scanning a vehicle

2. In the app, tap “Add rider”

3. Go to the second vehicle
4. Scan the QR code and enter your guest’s phone number

5. Your friend can now ride

Important Rules

• A maximum of 3 vehicles can be active in one group ride
  
• One rider per vehicle (no double-riding)
  
• You are responsible for all vehicles and charges in the group ride
  
• All riders must be at least 16 years old
  
  

Pricing

• Each vehicle is charged at the regular rate (unlock fee + per-minute rate)
  
• Ride Passes cannot be used for group rides
  
  

Ending a Group Ride
You can end each ride separately:

1. In the app, select the vehicle you want to end
   
2. Park it in a Designated Parking Zone
   
3. Complete the end-ride process
   
4. Repeat for the remaining vehicle(s)
   
   

Important Note
Unlocking a SCOOTY for someone to ride independently (outside of the Group Ride feature) is not permitted. If you unlock a vehicle, you are responsible for it unless it is part of a supervised group ride. If an incident occurs involving a vehicle you unlocked, your account may be held responsible.
