Can I transfer my credits to a friend
Currently, SCOOTY wallet credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

Why Credits Can't Be Transferred:
• Wallet credits are tied to your individual account for security
• This prevents fraud and unauthorized account access
• It ensures each rider is responsible for their own account activity
If you want to ride with a friend:
1. Use the Group Ride feature - unlock a second vehicle from your account for your friend to ride, and the charges come from your account
2. Gift a promo code - if you have promotional codes, you can share them with friends for them to redeem on their own account
3. Pay for their ride - start a group ride from your account and both rides will be charged to your payment method
Using Your Credits:
Your wallet credits stay in your account until you use them:
• Credits never expire
• They carry over between riding seasons
• You can use them anytime SCOOTY is available in your area
If You're Deleting Your Account:
If you're planning to delete your account, remember that wallet credits are non-refundable. We recommend using your remaining balance before deleting your account, as credits cannot be transferred to a new account.
