How to Create Your Account:
1. Download the SCOOTY - Let's Go! app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
2. Open the app and tap Sign Up
3. Enter your phone number or email address
4. Enter the verification code sent to your phone or email
5. Complete your profile with your name and other required information
6. Add a payment method (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)
7. You're all set to ride!

Tips for a Smooth Sign-Up:
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and ride
• You need a valid payment method
- Use a valid email address you have access to - receipts and important notifications are sent there
- Make sure your payment method is a regular credit or debit card (prepaid cards are not accepted)
- If you don't receive a verification code, check your spam folder or try using a different phone number/email
- If you have a VPN service for your phone make sure it’s turned off when using the SCOOTY app

Once your account is created, you can find available vehicles on the map and start your first ride right away
