Trouble signing up

Having trouble creating your SCOOTY account? Here are some common issues and how to resolve them.

 If you haven't received your verification code:
 
1. Check that you entered your phone number or email correctly
2. For text messages: Your phone may not receive messages from international or unknown numbers - try signing up with email instead
3. For email: Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
4. Wait a few minutes and try requesting a new code
 
If the app isn't working properly during sign-up:


1. Check your internet connection
2. If you have a VPN enabled, turn it off
3. Close the app completely and reopen it
4. Restart your phone
5. Make sure you have the latest version of the SCOOTY app

If your card isn't being accepted:


1. Verify the card details are entered correctly
2. Make sure the card isn't expired
3. Prepaid cards are not accepted - use a regular credit or debit card
4. Try a different card if available
