I need to delete my account
If you'd like to delete your SCOOTY account, you can do so directly in the app. Please read through this information first to understand what happens when you delete your account.

Before You Delete:
• Wallet credits are non-refundable - use any remaining balance before deleting
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will not be able to create a new account using the same phone number or email address

How to Delete Your Acco
1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Go to Settings
4. Select Delete Account
5. Confirm your decision
What Gets Deleted:
• Your profile information
• Ride history
• Payment methods
• Wallet balance
• Any active promotions
The deletion process may take a few business days to complete fully.
Changed Your Mind?
If you just want to take a break from SCOOTY, you don't need to delete your account. Your account will remain inactive until you're ready to ride again, and your wallet credits will be waiting for you.
