How to Turn Balance Auto top-up On or Off
Auto top-up is a convenient feature that automatically adds credits to your SCOOTY Wallet when your balance falls below a certain threshold, so you're always ready to ride.

When enabled, SCOOTY will automatically charge your saved payment method and add credits to your wallet when your balance gets low. This ensures you won't be caught without enough balance to start a ride.
1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Go to My Wallet
4. Look for the Auto Top-Up option and press “ok” to confirm
5. Toggle the setting on or off according to your preference
If you prefer to manually control when you add funds, simply keep auto top-up turned off and add balance whenever you need it.
