How to Update Your Profile:
1. Open the SCOOTY app
1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Select Profile
4. Tap Edit Profile
5. Update your information as needed
6. Save your changes
What You Can Update:
• Display name
• Profile photo
• Gender
• Birthday
• Height
• Weight
Important Limitations:
Please note that your email address and phone number cannot be changed after your account has been created. This is a security measure to protect your account.
If you need to change your email or phone number, you would need to delete your current account and create a new one. Keep in mind that wallet credits cannot be transferred to a new account.
For any account-related issues you can't resolve in the app, please submit a support ticket with your full name and the email address associated with your account.
