Where to find my current balance
Checking your SCOOTY Wallet balance is quick and easy. Here's how to see how much credit you have available.

1. Open the SCOOTY app
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Select My Wallet
4. Your current balance is displayed at the top of the screen
Understanding Your Balance:
• A minimum SCOOTY Wallet balance is required to start a ride using wallet payments
• A positive balance means you have credits available for rides
• A negative balance means you owe money from a previous ride and must add funds before riding again
TIP: If you want to start a ride without using your Wallet balance, go to the My Wallet section of the App, and toggle off "Trip Payment by Wallet" in My Wallet. Your trip payment will come from your registered payment card. Please note: you will see a pre-authorization security hold before the ride begins.

4. Select History
This shows all wallet top-ups, ride charges, refunds, and promotional credits applied to your account.
